Nothing is more effective at attracting interest and feedback in a new product idea than a prototype.  Someone once said that if a picture is worth a thousand words then a prototype must be worth a million.  The best products got where they are through a surprisingly large number of prototypes.  We can make that process a lot less painful by keeping the costs under control.  Doing this quickly and within tight cost constraints allows for more iterations and leads to a superior product.

Manufacturing requires great vigilance.  Having made a variety of consumer electronics products and a large number of PCBs, you can be assured that your product will receive the care it deserves on the factory floor.  Our office in Shenzhen is in close proximity with the plastics, PCB, and packaging suppliers so that problems are quickly identified, isolated, and resolved.

 

 

3.) Testing

Our own highly-trained staff witnesses the QA testing at the factory and follows the strict AQL standard chosen by the client.  The test plan is devised at the very beginning of the design process so we are prepared before production starts.  For products destined for the U.S. market, we can oversee the UL or FCC compliance tests appropriate for the product.  The labs we use are in Shenzhen and nearby Guangzhou so that any problems that arise are quickly sorted out. 

           

 

4.) Logistics

An essential part of building a successful product is managing the supply chain of components that go into the product.  We buy many components, particularly difficult-to-source wireless components across multiple products to minimize the chance that a shortage will delay your production.  In addition to managing the supply chain, we take care of the shipping of the completed product.  We routinely ship products from Shenzhen and Hong Kong by air and sea freight to clients, mainly in the U.S.  This includes packaging, shipping, and customs services.
